Windsor — Local services in New York

Ok so as a straight male with a lovely wife I have to throw my two cents in on this store. My wife has been here multiple times and has purchased some really great looking dresses for semi-formal and upscale casual occasions. After her fourth visit and seeing her model her latest purchase, I had to accompany her on the next visit. Initial reaction? I wholeheartedly agree that the racks need better management. They are in disarray. The caveat is that there was so much foot traffic going through the place that it could be understandably difficult for the staff to keep pace. Also the space is too small. With such a large variety of items and the volume of shoppers I think the store could benefit from larger space. The floor staff is courteous and attentive. The selection is trendy and fashionable. Fepm shoes to dresses if I were a gal, this would be a go to place for me for any occasion. And the prices range from remarkably affordable to expensive but fair. Some of the more intricate pieces suffer from constant handling by patrons. So check your heading and embroidery on those gowns with a sharp eye, ladies. WORST STORE EVER MANAGERS ARE NOT PROPERLY TRAINED POORLY CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE COMPANIES POLICIES OR PROCEDURES!!!!! I Called asked to speak with a manager the girl on the phone identified herself as the manager I told her about my situation firstly she does not know who worked at the store last Thursday and they workers are not to order for us we should order online however this girl who is also a manager took our information order for us gave us wrong information the manager I spoke with who made the schedule forgot who worked last week and is unable to help. But our card was charged for the transaction we received no email nothing from the store the only thing I have to date is two pieces of paper with and order number with my name and address .i was told to call corporate with my order number because they are the ones who could help after being on hold for 1 hour and speaking to a representative I was against placed on hold again. No one answered I had to hang up if I had a choice I would not have gave them a star...

I came to this location to shop for my vacation since it was a last minute trip. I have been shopping with Windsor for a while but this was my first time at this location in bay plaza. My first experience was very good thanks to the amazing help i got from the 2 lovely ladies that were working when i was there. I seen a black jumpsuit that they had on a mannequin which was the only one left in my size and the worker Sway was kind enough to take it off for me. I explained I wanted it for a 90s theme dinner so she also helped me find a nice gold chain to go around my waist with some gold earrings and a chain. The other girl that was there, I believe she said her name was Chelsea also was very sweet to help me find other cute outfits for my trip. She basically found a full outfit for all the activities I told her I was going to be doing. Wonderful service here, I will be coming...
