I been doing my lashes with the owner kimi for 5 years already she was very nice and everything all this year but lately she all about money long story short . I did my lashes with kimi last on 01/30/2024 my lashes didn’t even last two week at the first week the lashes was falling I test her on 02/06/2024 to let her know about the whole situation she didn’t reply back until I told her that she saw my msg and never answer back them she told me if I could come on the same following week that I was supposed to get my eyelashes done that is was on Tuesday 02/09/2024 Unfortunately I couldn’t make it to the appointment because that day it was snowing bad and since I live in the Bronx is the distance is pretty far so we left it as what I was gonna go on Saturday 02/17/2024, so on the day of my appointment, I decided to get it done with someone else The person that I did it with instead of charging me less money, because of the whole situation with my lashes She charged me $80 because of four day extra according to the That I missed after two weeks of not getting my lashes done And I don’t think it’s fair because I already had spoke to the owner about the whole situation. Her Lashes used to last longer before not anymore the glue that they’re using is not good . Another things that I want to apply to this she told her clients that she’s going to put Real mink mink eyelashes but in reality she mixed them up with bad eyelashes.this was three day after I did...

My appointment was 12 pm on 3/28/2025 i was running late cause i can’t control the traffic and texted the owner she said it was ok when i showed the woman that was working there she told me i am late and she cant do my lashes i will have to wait till 4 or come back i told there no way i will come back i was flying out in the night she said OK I will do it but I can complete 90 pieces she will do half of it. I was like no how does that look with half of it then she said she will try. She will try because I asked her if half of it is half price because I will not pay full price for half of the lashes. She ended up putting instead of 90 pieces. It looks like 30 pieces when I got home. I told my husband and he said oh it doesn’t look like the one you did before and she told me it’s 90 pieces and charge me full price they rip off and she was very rude. Very very rude.she was done in 30 min how can she do 90 piece in 30 min when they take over 1 hour...
