I went in thinking it would be a smooth experience—especially with all the positive reviews—but I was completely wrong. The guy running this place is dishonest and rude. He offered me an off-market screen, which I agreed to, but the moment it was installed, my phone started glitching—shaking, dim, stalling, and buffering.

When I called to report the issue, he sounded annoyed and told me he’d order a better-quality screen that would arrive by Tuesday. I called to confirm the day before and he said it would be ready. I showed up Tuesday—he was closed, even though his hours said open. I called multiple times throughout the day—no answer. Finally, when I got ahold of him hours later, he casually said, “Oh yeah, probably not open,” and told me the part wasn’t in yet. No apology. He told me to come back Thursday.

On Thursday, he tried to change the price on me, blaming it on tariffs—even though the part had supposedly already been ordered before those went into effect. Only after I pushed back did he reluctantly agree to the original price. After replacing the screen again, the phone worked—for a while.

Two weeks later, it started shaking and acting up again. When I called, he immediately dismissed it as a display issue “not covered under warranty”—without even checking the phone.

This place is a complete scam. Avoid it at all costs. There are way better and more honest...

If I could give AJ 10 stars and a Lambo I would. Just stop your search here and go see AJ ASAP for whatever screen repair or other services you need, that he provides. I called around to 10 different screen repair shops for price on replacing my cracked screen on my Samsung S23 Ultra. They all were expensive or over priced and half sounded like it was their first time fixing a phone.

I called AJ store and he immediately knew the price and was $100 cheaper than the average cost the other places quoted me. I immediately went to AJ. Walked into AJ shop and gave him my phone. He said give him about an hour. I sat out in the little garden area to wait while he repaired it. AJ came out literally 30 minutes later saying my phone was done. I was shocked. He really knows what he's doing. My phone is like new again. Definitely will only be using AJ for any repair needs I have and will tell as many people possible about him and his superb service/business. You won't find anywhere better l, trust me. Call AJ now or just drop in and you won't regret it.

COME HERE! I had a broke screen on my iPhone XS Max. I called him up and said he could get me done in 20 minutes! So awesome! Job was done in 20 minutes. Now here’s where he goes above and beyond. My phone required a reset through iTunes. He said it would take a little while and offered me a loaner phone in the mean time.
