Betel Bakery L.L.C. — Restaurant in Newark

I have been coming here for a while and the food-staff-location-price is great. Last week, we ordered 3 pancakes(Brazilian Style) that we had to call and congratulate the cook for such an excellent job. I hope the best for it to grow and serve our brazilian community. What can I say about this place? There is really lots of love into it, family oriented, a place for everyone. I've lived in Newark for 19 years, and to me Betel is yet until today the best bakery in town. Never disappointing, organized, well kept. Prices?! Unbitable! You can get a whole lot for a few bucks. Coffee? Their galão is the best. You won't regret. That's how I start my mornings, making a quick stop a Betel Bakery and getting my coffee. The attendets very polite, respectfull and professional. Waited like a half-hour for the most mid sandwich ever. The bread had a weird taste to it which I can deal with, but the lettuce, meat, tomatoes, and etc. were so dry. They even gave me like 4 different sauces which after applying some to the sandwich over time, it made no difference. It's also worth noting that no one there knew how to speak English from my experience as they would just speak some Spanish and point to things on the menu or look back to their co-workers with a weird face. Not a good time if you're looking for fast food...
