Bowlify Superfoods — Local services in Newburgh

I’ve been here twice. The first visit was a great experience. The server was kind and helpful, talking to my son politely. It was so good that my son kept asking to go back. Fast forward to today, a month later, and I told my children that I would take them to celebrate their first day back to school. They were excited to go.

We walk in and the vibes were completely different. We were met with a young female who was short with and rude to not just me, but also my children. She told me gruffly that she only had two base flavors and after discussing with my kids, we decided to continue to stay. Then we went down the line of items and she was growing more and more impatient being completely rude with my daughter and gave her and I the impression that she was wanting to rush us through.

The place was completely empty, no other customers were in there while we were ordering, or I could see why she was rushing us through. I typically do not write reviews, but after our experience today, of what was to be a happy experience, we were left with regret that we had chosen this place...

I placed an online order and multiple items were wrong or had parts missing. When I returned inside the store after pickup (with my child in the stroller) smiling politely the front cashier clerk said, “what?” in a rude tone before I was even all the way through the door. After being taken aback by the rude greeting, I inquired about the missing parts of the order. They explained they had been out of the ingredients even though nothing was listed online nor was I told in person when I came to pick up my order. A substitution of cream cheese (containing dairy) was used for my son’s order instead of avocado without telling me, and that one I didn’t check until I got home (he has a dairy allergy). Very poor and rude customer service by the front desk personnel or seemingly a manager and we will not be going back. This was our first visit since their opening and the experience was disappointing to say the least. We were so looking forward to having a location in Newburgh as we frequent the Burkhardt location. I hope this helps improve their customer service and online...

I go into Bowlify a lot, it is one of my favorite places to get a “sweet treat”!! Their bowls and smoothies taste so good, and are super healthy! The workers are so kind with a welcoming smile! They work fast and efficiently too. Sometimes I come with my little cousins and the workers are always so sweet to them, helping them pick out and taste new things to decide if they would want that in their bowl. They also have toasts and bagels, I personally have never had them but they look great and from what I’ve heard from friends they taste great too! 10/10 would recommend coming if you’re wanting something sweet but healthy, or a...
