The food is fantastic, as long as you go in and eat. If you are unfortunate enough to have to call in an order and deal with Elizabeth, and according to her "she's the only manager that speaks english." I hope you don't have questions or any kind of requests such as "add cheese sauce" or " no beans" because thats not possible. There's no button for that, so she will have to charge you $6 for a whole order of cheese and you can pick out the beans. She also acts and sounds very bothered that you had the audacity to call and order food, and if you walk in to get it, you better hope she's not texting or on her cell phone, because that will get you a very dramatic eye roll and a rude "uhm can I help you?" And you know, I get it, the food industry is rough. I've done it for years. And had this been the first time, I probably wouldn't be upset. But its every single time I order, which is pretty often since its the place I know my son will eat from. And I'm not the only one in my family that has this issue, so clearly this is just her personality. Rude hostess and server. After waiting almost 5 mins in the lobby before being acknowledged, the hostess poked her head around the corner. She just looked at us with a blank expression before we spoke up to ask for a table for 2. She then motioned for us to follow before literally throwing our menus and silverware on a table from 3 ft away. She then turned to walk away without a single word. As she was leaving the dining room she spoke to one of the services so we knew there was no good reason for her not to speak to us. The server was almost as bad as the hostess. Her greeting to us was "drinks" we had to assume this was a question because her tone of voice did little to imply if this was indeed a question or just a simple statement. The rest of the meal was much of the same with just a single visit during the meal to see if drink refills were needed. I doubt I will return as the food was just okay. Wow, this place has gone downhill! Came in for dinner this evening. They were a little busy, but appropriately staffed. We were seated promptly, drink orders were received quickly, and then we were completely forgotten and sat, waiting, for twenty minutes before we finally got up and walked out. Groups that arrived after ours had placed orders and were receiving service, so I’m not sure what the problem was.
