We walked in the store at approximately 7:20 pm, with stated closing time at 8 pm. We thought that would be enough time to add two lines to our existing account. Jake was our sales assistant, and he worked very hard to get a good deal for us on the new phones and accessories. Our account had some kind of a glitch on it, and he worked very patiently and methodically through the channels to get the glitch removed. He then kept things organized and very efficiently set up two new phones, with a land-line transfer in the middle of the process. He put the new screen hardener on three phones, and helped us set up the email accounts on the new phones--all while cracking jokes to keep my two grade-school boys entertained. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We were there until 10:30 pm, and we never felt like he was trying to push us out because it was after hours. If we had known it would take that long, we would not have tried to start the process so close to closing time, but since we were in the middle of the process, he didn't make us quit for the night and come back in the morning. Overall, Jake was an outstanding customer service representative, and we came home with two new phones. I would recommend anyone in the Newburgh/Evansville area coming to this location...

Kasey took time to understand what was important to me and took steps to get me what I needed. He worked with me to set up an international plan for my trip to minimize costs. He also adjusted the factory settings to ensure my phone took the highest resolution photos in Japan. I have a heart condition called afib that causes my heart to race. Kasey explained how a Google watch would monitor my heart rate and check for afib. By checking my heart rate, I can quickly tell I am in afib and take medication to lower my heart rate. On the morning I was leaving Japan to return to the U.S., I received a bogus call telling me there was an issue with my Verizon account, and I needed to call a certain number to keep my service active. I use my phone for Google Translate, store photos of my passport and other important travel documents and the website that makes getting through customs easier. I immediately couldn't contact the store, so I called Kasey on his personal number. After I described the situation, he assured me my Verizon account was still working. My mom and my brother and I were all getting new phones, and Kylee was there to help us. She did more than just help us, she went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied. I would recommend Kylee to anyone. There was a huge hassle trying to get my phone to set up correctly. After about 4 hours, and a very busy day for her, she still stayed after closing to try and fix my phone. She could have sent me home with a non activated phone, but instead she thought about her customers and continued trying to fix the problem. She called a few people and even stayed on hold for a while. Kylee did everything she could! She figured it out eventually like I knew she could.
