I've only ever rented a uhaul from this place, never bought anything from them & now I never will. I rented a Uhaul just after this past New Years & only looked at the receipt just now. I know, i procrastinate with everything. I rented a box truck & used the hand truck but looking at the receipt just now there's an additional $20 on there for moving blankets which I didn't use. There's no way to argue this now because it's been 3 months. There's a plastic seal on the hand truck & one on the bag of moving blankets & the seal on the moving blankets was never broken. That would mean someone said I used something that I didn't use so they could charge me for it. Unbelievable!! The worst part about it was the truck was a death trap. There was about 10" of slop in the steering, the headlights were so dim that they might as well have not been there. It was dark & snowing when I picked it up & I had to call my wife to come meet me so I could follow her home because the lenses on the lights were so yellowed that they blocked most of the light. I do not recommend this store to anyone extremely rude customer service. My husband and brother in law go into the pet department regularly to buy a mouse for my brother in laws pet snake and there is a women in the pet department I’m assuming around the age of 40 who seriously needs to work on her attitude and costumer service skills. Every time they go in they are nothing but kind to this women and every time she is nothing but rude, short tempered and nasty to them. I know a few other people who have their own experiences with this same women and they have said they refuse to go back to that store because of this women. And I have encouraged them to also share their experiences. The only reason my brother in law goes back regularly is because there is no other pet store in the area to buy a live mouse. Lady, if you don’t like your job I totally understand that, but you do not have the right to treat people poorly. If this does not get figured out I will be calling the owners I do not understand how this women has not...

In the past, I have purchased the organic soil mix from Lois Doe and was very happy with it. This year we purchased 3 yards of the mix and had it delivered. We used it for a brand, new raised beds, filling with just this the soil. As we were filling the beds, we found these white roots mixed into the soil. We pulled some of them out, but did not get all of them. Unfortunately, it turns out that this is an invasive Bindweed that is in the Morning Glory family. If anyone has purchased the organic soil/compost mix from Louis Doe, this may be in it. And you don’t want it in your Gardens either! I did get in touch with the owner. He said that the supplier will be told about it. He did not offer to provide any other remedy to the situation. Unfortunately, the vines are popping up everywhere. We’re using a Trowel and digging each one up individually and pulling the pieces of root out. It is going take us quite some time to eradicate it this summer. Photos show exactly what...
