If I were able to give them 100 stars I would. We went and bought a bedroom suite at Ashley Furniture, and unfortunately fell for the “Why waste time going to a mattress dealer when we have the best here, discounts and price matching, it’s a one stop shop!” Well the 2,000 mattress (that was not price matched) felt nothing like it did in the store. So after no help from Ashley Furniture store or the “higher ups” we took a loss and went to Mega Mattress. Really regret not going there first!! Candy and Kent helped us find our PERFECT mattress! If only every sales person had their kindness, patience and honesty! They were not pushy, gave us the good and bad of the mattresses, and were not in it for the sale. I wish there was a way to give 10 stars!! We’re repeat customers, we’ve bought 5 mattresses from them in 10 years we drove from Birmingham to pick out a mattress today. There’s just not enough positive things to say about Kent and Candy! Their prices are simply unbeatable. The selection is second to none. The quality is awesome but… it’s the customer service they provide that keeps us coming back. It’s Kent and Candy. They are simply the nicest, most patient people to work with. Purchased a split king bed with the adjustable base for what we would have paid for a mattress at other stores. We found them by accident from a family member. After shopping around we were confused by the hype! Went in to look and met Ken and Candy who spent over a hour with us showing us different mattresses and bases. They are great to work with. We also bought a bed and linen from them. You cant beat the prices. The delivery was set and was as promised.
