OVER THE TOP STREET EATZ — Restaurant in Newnan

I absolutely love the egg rolls and visit every Wednesday afternoon. However, I had the absolute worst experience tonight. I called ahead of time but was left on hold, so I decided to just come in since I understand that weekends can get busy.

When I arrived, to my surprise, it wasn’t busy at all. There was only one couple ahead of me in line, and two gentlemen had come back in to wait on an order they had placed earlier. After the couple in front of me ordered and left, I was the only person left in line. The cashier said she would be right with me and proceeded to bag an order. Once the order was finished, she went to check receipts at the window, but there was no food up for waiting—she had already bagged everything.

I continued to stand there before eventually walking out. The cooks kept looking toward the register as if they could see there was an issue. I’m not sure if the cashier was inexperienced or simply unable to multitask, but this was not a great experience.

Please consider not leaving inexperienced cashiers to manage the front end of the store. I tried to call ahead because I live 20 minutes away, and to still stand there without being serviced is...

Long review alert lol.....First I want to acknowledge Ebonie the person who took my order I think I said "sorry" so many times it seemed like I was taking forever to order and also making sure no one was behind me she said it's ok stop apologizing she said you spending your money just like everyone else is so take your time it's ok if you have questions about something let me know she went above and beyond and the cooks did so good I made them aware that I'm allergic to shellfish so just didn't want anything cross contaminated which my food wasn't so I appreciate them for doing that but I order the salmon egg roll and the sweet potato egg rolls when I tell it was a 10/10 especially the salmon egg roll I did want the peach cobbler but that wasn't available. I also ordered the steak philly cheesesteak and a fried catfish sandwich my best friend said that he loved the steak philly cheesesteak he definitely will get it again and that catfish sandwich I got was really good as well as the peach lemonade the price was reasonable but I'm definitely will be back again because I saw a few other items I want to try but the food and customer service was a 10...

This was my first time coming to the establishment & I may say it wasn’t bad at all!! The location gave me a feel of being back home in Memphis!

There wait time wasn’t long. We went around 12:45p. There were other customers but the wait was less than 15 mins if that!

I ordered the salmon Philly with everything on it! & let me tell you it was made with love and I was very satisfied with the overall flavor and it was seasoned very well. The presentation was on point as well!

My wife ordered the honey gold wings (10) piece! You can never go wrong with the honey gold wings they were amazing! She wanted all flats but they weren’t able to accommodate her when it came to that which was fine. The wings are smaller than what we were used to but again the overall presentation will bring us back again.

My only flaw was we ordered a 10 piece but only got 1 ranch dressing for 10 wings!!!! I was like surely that was a mistake but we were already down the road when we realized that.. so next time we will be sure to request additional sauce.
