This Dick’s store at Fashion Island has every popular trending brand in there and almost everything you need for sports and outdoor/indoor recreationally physical activities However, after receiving my online order in the store and telling the super friendly associate who gave ‘em to me, Giovanni, that I was gonna shop around, towards the end, when I was getting ready to purchase a few more items that I placed in my shopping bag to free my hands up, a female associate confronted me about it, while I was still shopping. I told her, I was purchasing it. I thought it was really rude and unprofessional of her to ask me that without me giving her a reason to be suspicious other than using my shopping bag to contain them. I returned a few items that I really didn’t need because of her indirect accusation of suspecting me to steal! I would’ve returned it all, but only a few stores has the new Nike Air Vapor Max Plus with Gold...

I just had the hardest time returning an item when it didn’t need to be difficult at all.

My wife used Apple Pay so Dick’s states can’t look up records because Apple Pay used.

I ask if they could look me up by phone number.

They say sure. There you are. They found records via phone number.

They didn’t give me that option. I almost left and all they had to do is look me up by phone number.

That would have saved me a great deal of time.

Don’t ever buy a bike here. I bought a bike for my 8 year old daughter for Christmas, and I just tried returning it because it did not fit her properly despite measuring her prior to purchasing. The store manager told me they don’t accept bike returns except 24 hours after purchase. No store associate told me this when I picked up the bike a few weeks before Christmas.
