FIT with LIT — Local services in Newport Beach

I never thought the formal gym/personal trainer work out style was a good fit for me. It felt too intimidating, too formal, too much pressure, and too expensive. I was also nervous to even try a workout class because I felt like I already needed to be in shape to start something like that. Finding Fit with Lit proved me wrong. This is the most inclusive, supportive, and welcoming environment I've found in a long time.

Lital is extremely passionate and knowledgable and she ensures that all her trainers provide their clients with professionalism and skill balanced with approachability and encouragement. Even in a group setting I never feel ignored or that I don't get the supervision I need from a trainer. I have been working out with Fit with Lit for over 1.5 years and I continue to be surprised and challenged by new exercises all the time! On top of that, the community of hard working, supportive women really makes a great atmosphere. I'm so happy to have found Lital and this group....

I found Fit with Lit on ClassPass in the summer of 2024 and took over 70 classes and it was really the only gym I was excited to go to and consistent with and the bonus is it’s close to home and there is a variety on the schedule. I try to do strength training at least 3x a week (booty burn, power hour, insanity). What drew me to this gym was Lit the owner, her energy is so positive and energetic which is much needed on days you just don’t feel like working out. Additionally, I come to the gym for the women empowerment and the community. The love and support is unreal. I have met so many amazing women. I am now a member of the Lit family and I am so happy. I highly recommend Lital's gym. The energy of the group training is great with Lital offering corrective technique and modifications throughout the class. She generates a positive energy as do her members. I have found this a very welcoming environment. Lets not forget how kind the front desk staff are (sometimes people forget that can make or break someone coming back) Alot of positive vibes throughout. I love that the group classes are not overcrowded with just the right amount of people. I also had the opportunity of a personal training session with Lital. She was awesome and nonjudgemental!
