Del Taco — Restaurant in Newport Beach

I have to start by saying no matter how much humanity you think there will be at the window after ordering a plan egg burrito no sauce no cheese and you confirmed it twice with the snarling GQ wannabe guy behind the counter. You approach the window filled with hunger and disgust due to the fact you know he is going to mess up your order. Honestly I just need to vent this place is awful service is mediocre at best on certain days. Some employees worst than others there is a simple plan of action. Make the food as ordered dont wing. My meal please if you dont know or make an error please just ask this will be day 12 of almost every day something with my meal was wrong. It bothersome if I couldn't perform my daily due diligence I would be let go from my job. Just good for thought. Pun intended. I mean I can complain to company and get free food but that doesn't take away the fact if working there is beneath you or you feel superior and can make my order how you want to then dont except special orders. The food was good but the service was absolutely horrible I have been going to this particular Del Taco since I was probably 12 years old so for over 20 years and it's hit-and-miss as far as the service and food goes it used to always be really good sometimes it's best between midnight and 3 a.m. for whatever weird reason but last night when I went around midnight the service was horrible and not only not helpful but just plain out rude both of the guys working we're the same way so it wasn't just one person but my food was quite tasty I dropped my cup and broke so I asked for another one they would not replace it they told me they could only give me a water cup after I had paid for my drink and it was an accident I think that sucks anyways I will probably still go back because it's close to my house but I'm big on customer service and in my opinion they did a...

Visited this location and was greeted right away with a smile and good evening . A person by the name of Star took our order and also recommend other items such as the salads on the menu. We paid for our food and she was quick to point out where the hot sauces were and then prepared a basket with a assortment of sauces for. We got our order 2 Del meat burritos and a large fry which she delivered to our table. As we started to eat the fries we noticed they were a little cold we took them back and explained and without hesitation ordered a new large fry. The Manager on duty quickly said no problem. When the newly fresh French fries were done and ready she quickly brought them to our table with a smile & apologized. This kind of service is not heard of in this day and age of fast food...
