The place is clean, quiet and professional... the complete opposite of your typical gym in all the best ways. You are in and out quickly.. but don't think it is easy. Most of my muscles are quivering on the way back to the car. In 3 months, I am stronger, seen better performance in my recreational sports, better posture and more energy. I just extended for another 3. I've done ALL the bootcamps and local gyms... I haven't stuck with any for very long until now - mostly because I ended up with some injury from lack of form or useless repetitive motion or felt like I was getting ignored in the crowd! It is the perfect solution for me. I am fully obligated to my family, church and work and it seems like taking care of myself comes in fourth. But how can you say you don't have 20 minutes twice a week to workout? The Perfect Workout system works perfectly for me. I can fit it into my schedule and it doesn't take more time than I have.
