I have tried everything from Pilates to PureBarre but I always had to take a break due to injuries. The Exercise Coach is the first place that made it possible for me to continue working out when joint pain would flare up. The machines can be adjusted to so that I can still work my muscles without having to take a few weeks off to rest. I started a couple months after completing physical therapy for a shoulder injury and the coaches would stop and adjust the program if I so much as felt a pinch in my shoulder. It's been 6 months of consistent workouts with adjustments at times for knee, hip, shoulder or back pain (I know - it's a lot) and I haven't felt this strong in years. The 20 minute workouts fit with my full schedule of working, babysitting a grandchild (I can pick him up!), and helping my parents.
