During my recent visit, I had the pleasure of being attended to by Millie, whose expertise and attention to detail ensured that I drifted into a state of pure bliss. In fact, I must confess, I lost count of how many times I drifted off into relaxation/sleepy girl slumber during the massage – a testament to Millie's skill and the soothing ambiance created by THE NOW.

The team at THE NOW (Jamie, Mike, and Malerie) exude warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Their personable approach makes each visit feel like catching up with old friends, enhancing the overall experience.

The booking process was seamless, and I greatly appreciated the proactive approach taken by Denise, who took the time to call me a day before my appointment to explain the available enhancements. It's this level of attention to detail and customer-centric approach that sets THE NOW apart.

Unfortunately, my interactions with this business have left me feeling frustrated and discriminated against, especially given that I have been a loyal customer.

Despite being honest about my issues and the needs that I have due to my circumstances, I was shocked to find that my membership--something I signed a contract for--was not honored. I was denied service and my appointments were repeatedly canceled at their discretion, with no accountability for their actions. It's disheartening to know that they charge customers for cancellations, even for medical reasons, while they feel no obligation to maintain their end of the service.

The owner's approach and the dramatic phone calls have contributed significantly to my emotional stress. It's common knowledge that stress can exacerbate physical pain, and given my condition, this has resulted in considerable deterioration of my well-being. I cannot help but feel that there is some form of discrimination against me, particularly related to my disability and associated pain. I was informed that there were no therapists willing to work with me, which raises serious questions about the underlying motivations for such a refusal.

As a regular customer who has consistently provided them with business, tipped generously, and supported them through my weekly visits, this experience is deeply disappointing. I expected professionalism and empathy, but instead, I felt marginalized and unsupported.

I hope others can take my experience into consideration when seeking services from the now CDM as my treatment here has been far from what I expected...

I wanted to take a moment to thank the staff at the CDM location for being more than accommodating to me and my 40 week preggo belly. I must have jinxed myself when confirming I told the gentlemen NOTHING, would make me miss my appointment short of going into labor or death… minutes later my babysitter cancelled last minute. They were so gracious to reschedule me, and then on the way to my appointment I got stuck on an actual bridge making me late, I found myself sprinting (or waddling) down PCH almost in tears to be on time- when I arrived they immediately set the tone for me to take a deep breath, enjoy and relax … The owner, Jamie was so kind to rearrange their schedule allowing me to receive my entire service without cutting into my time. The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful and aesthetic- gorgeous. It smelled so good and the ocean waves for auditory ambience immediately calmed me. Janelle, my masseuse was AMAZING, intuitive, kind and patient with me- she was fantastic! By the time I was done with my massage, I felt like I had traveled to another world and then was graciously dropped back off in Corona Del Mar by the sea.
