We had recently bought a couch from Farmers Home Furniture. When it was delivered there was staples coming through the venier on the fold down drink tray (middle seat back). The delivery man said he would let them know at store. When we hadn't heard anything we called and found out nothing was said. They sent somebody to look at it and said they would order another. When, again, we hadn't heard anything we went to store and was told the owner forgot to order it. So we waited for the replacement. When it arrived the delivery guys showed up with the whole couch rather than just the removable back. (The backs were already removed to bring couch in house.) The delivery guy stated he had to replace the whole thing even though they were identical. After they left we noticed a clean slice in the middle seat cushion and some threads on seam, next to slice, were coming out. We took pictures, and contacted store and they said they would tell the owner. We put packing tape over slice and seam to prevent more damage. We again contacted the store and told the owner will come and look at it. When he showed up, while admitting the slice was from a razor knife during shrink wrap removal, he claimed our dog damaged the seam which was untrue and the cushion still had the slice in it. He stated he would refund our money in full, less the tips we gave the delivery personnel on 2 occasions. He refused to replace or even sell us another piece of furniture. Of course we'd have to wait 2 weeks for them to pick it up and another 2 weeks for the main office to write the check. This has been a nightmare and all that needed to be done was a simple replacement of the fold down drink holder/seat back in the first place.    Read moreHi we bought this washer in just was told we have a one year manufacturer warranty we called several time got referral to other contractors to fix the washer by Frigidaire who never came to fix the issues we were having went down talked with employees and talked with patty the manager herself still got no where with either parties so my husband got very irritated đ€ by all of the string around they did by saying call different numbers who never helped my husband who than got very upset đ and told patty he would be returning the washer on Monday 6 th of June would like the account to be closed because we started our financing for the amount 2,199.98 now showing a balance of 1140.79 which will be 0 dollars because we couldnât get the washer fixed not doing without a washer patty was told this many times very disappointed đ with the company and how things got handled on all parties behalf hopefully this will be resolved soon.. we finally got a tech out from Frigidaire Ryan said it was unfixable which means lemon đ We want our account closed and give the washer back we have reached out several times and feel like nothing is being done very...
   Read more5 Star company all day, if I could give them 100 stars I would, I purchased a recliner from this company and every staff member in the building treated me and my grandson like we was family, the 1st time going into the business to look at what I might be interested in purchasing they were all great and then when I went back to purchase the recliner they were the exact same way again. They all are extremely friendly and made me feel very welcome, the credit application was very quick and they took great care of me very quickly getting the contract set up and the recliner loaded into my truck. Most companies have no customer service at all anymore but Farmers Furniture in Newport takes you back to the good old days of when companies treated you like they wanted your business. I cant thank these people enough for greeting me with smiles and treating me like family through the whole process, Farmers has a new customer for life on any of my furniture needs, if anyone wants a great family atmosphere when buying furniture then Farmers is where you need...
