Snowbird Mountain Coffee Co. - Drive Thru — Restaurant in Newport

I usually get good fraps and excellent service,but for some reason neither was the case .I waited for three cars to get serviced politely as I normally do,and preceded to pull up and order a small frozen frappe,I was not greeted well,and was asked what I would like and I explained what I wanted and as the gentleman with glasses was already and the two ladies inside were pissed off about something,and I got treated poorly and it only took one minute while two other cars in front of me were still waiting for their stuff they handed me a iced coffee that tasted like mop water rung out and coffee poored in it and ,as I was reaching for the cup the guy was hateful and I told him that wasn't what I ordered and he shut the window,and I waited a minute,but he ignored me.mind you I took one sip of it and it about made me puke 🤢🤮.I always recommend you guys.Myself and my older kids visit quite often.I did nothing but be polite and quite outgoing as I usually am.I work hard for my money,and I am in customer service also. I am not an old fart,or a Karen who throw fits,or enjoy writing these reviews.But thought about it quite a bit . This incident happened on Tuesday the 6th around early afternoon.Please talk with your employee's about how customer service should be done.And what pays their check every week,and it also hurts your business when things are done as this occasion.Thank You...

OMG! I just moved to the area from a large town with allllll the coffee places and this little place is EVERYTHING!! It gives you all the feels! I came on Sunday morning while I was in town to grab a coffee and they were closed and I was slightly disappointed ONLY because I was so excited to try it! (Coming from a large city I'm not used to small town life just yet so I'm still shocked that things are closed on Sundays.) When I pulled up this morning and it was lit up I just knew this was going to be my place! The staff was so friendly even when I was excitedly rambling about moving here. I ordered the Grandma Gatewood and it was amazing! The little decal on the coffee sleeve was so adorable! Simple yet so sweet🥰. Hands down my favorite thing about moving here! So the first couple times I went here I was a huge supporter. But the past two times were awful. I went last week, I got a coffee and the coffee in the latte was stale, I went back around to have them replace the drink because it wasn't drinkable and instead of doing what most business would do, replacing their product, they deducted the espresso and whip cream on the drink ($.50 off a $6 drink) instead. Today I went through, their espresso machine didn't work and so I asked if there would be fresh coffee in the Frappuccinos and they said today they would put fresh coffee in. After ordering two, I got my order and asked if their was coffee in the frappes because there was no taste of coffee in my drink. Their reply was no. We don't out coffee in our frappes.
