I placed an online pick up order for Final Fantasy 16 and never picked up the game yet they marked it as picked up and charged me $76. I talked to management there and gamestop corporate and both ends kept giving me the runaround and told me to talk to the other one, I'm assuming because they didn't care and couldn't be bothered to help.
