Well I sat and drive through for 17 minutes then at the speaker I waited another two before I was greeted and it wasn't even a greeting made my order waited 3 minutes to find out what my total was I got to the window and for two fish sandwiches which was two for six and a sweet tea it was $8.99 my tea tasted like they had brewed the tea bag twice it was like acidic drinking it and my fish sandwiches were cold so I called and I was apologized to oh please come back well I was already on I-40 which is literally few blocks away and you can't just flip around on I-40 to come back and get a fresh sandwich that they said you know we'll cook it fresh for you it should have been fresh the first time so didn't get a very good impression of this Bojangles I've been in Bojangles and other states and never had an issue the girl apologized and said that they were short staffed they only had three staff in there well that's a management problem that's not mine I paid full price for something that was very poor quality and they offered oh come back and we'll we'll replace it for he will cook it fresh for you again when you pay that kind of money for a sandwich and a drink it should be fresh to begin with and just very disappointed in the service and in the...
Read moreEditing the previous 4 star review to a 1 star and that's being generous! This is based on the visit this morning 12-4-21 a little before 11 AM. I placed an order for my family of 6. When I began my order, I first ordered 4 steak biscuits. The girl taking the order seemed to be appalled that I ordered 4! I had to repeat yes that was indeed my order. I tried to finish the order but had to repeat myself again. After finally finishing and driving to the window the girl was rude.! I asked to confirm the order was correct and it wasn't so I explained again my order again. Again the girl seemed frustrated and said she would have to add the other items. I paid and waited for food. When she started to hand out food, instead of letting me reach for it she basically tossed it my way! I understand being short staffed but there was several workers there and that behavior is unacceptable! I can also understand being busy and rushed but again, you don't behave that way. Everyone has an off day, but again you never treat a customer that way or really anyone regardless. Treat others, as you would wanted to be treated if you were just trying to purchase food for your family!! Seems to me that Management...
Read moreWhen we arrived for a vacation, we were trying to find food for everyone for the evening. We found Bojangles. We had never been. I should say we are from Ohio and we were expecting a bit of southern charm and/or hospitality, or human decency at the least. When we walked in there were 2 African American ladies standing at the counter. We stood there for about 5 minutes and asked if they had been waited on. They said the workers hadn't even acknowledged them, said I will be right with you, or really even looked at them. Nor us for that matter. Well, me being me, I spoke up. I asked if anyone was working the register. The employee, a young girl, acted like she was being bothered or put out for having to take their order. She seemed disgusted that she had to be the one to take the ladies orders. So I spoke up again. I said "Wow really, " very loudly. This was at the beginning of July their air conditioning was out. It was hot. They may have been cranky. But the ladies put in their orders then cancelled it because the employees were just so digusted that 2 black ladies walked into their restaurant. We left too.. We are white but will never go back because the bigotry and outright racism were too...
