Date of Visit: 12/27/2019 - We ordered a custom piece in November 2019 and was able to pick it up today. We are very pleased with the piece! Though it didn't arrive in time for Christmas, Hagen&Oats did provide us with a very nice printable certificate to give to the recipient stating that it would be coming soon. If you're going to order for Christmas, make sure you order early, as I'm sure this place gets plenty of orders!
