At 1:00pm today; I tried ordering on the website and it was kicking me out after one order. So I tried calling and after 3-5 rings I was disconnected, twice. When I arrived at the store the two employees were outside and did not look happy when I pulled up. While I was placing my order the female employee making the sandwiches was very pushy and did not like it that I was unsure of the cheese for another person not with me, and wanted to just put another kind on. I asked her to do my other sandwich while I inquired, she was vocal with her huffs. I informed her of the cheese requesting. And when she added the veggies to the sandwiches it was very light; 4 pickles, very few olives and very lite on the lettuce (the ends of sandwich had no lettuce). When the male employee grabbed the sandwiches and jammed them in the bag in a T and jammed the cookies on top so the bag was round instead of looking nice in the bag. Ordered on the subway app. Did not get the correct bread for both of the subs I ordered nor were ingredients correct. Asked for Italian herbs and cheese bread but got the regular bread. One of the subs did not have cheese when cheese was requested. The other sub had sweet onions on it when I requested no sweet onions on it, but i requested spinach on it and it didn't. Luckily, the sweet onions were set on the top so I could just pick it off. Could not go back because husband and I ate the sandwiches at our destination we were heading to.
Giving it 2 because the subs were still eaten since we were so hungry.
Would not recommend ordering on app since it seems like they don't pay attention to...

A friend and I stopped into this Subway for lunch today. We met and talked briefly with our server, Katie, while she made our lunch. Despite us being only the second and third customers of the day (due to the current health crisis) Katie was still very professional and went about her work as if the business was full. She was courteous, attentive, and a very pleasant part of our morning. As we were leaving with our food she encouraged us with a smile to come back soon. I'm sure with that kind of service and an employee like her that we'll stop in the next time we're in...
