O'Reilly Auto Parts — Local services in Newport

I have used Bond Auto (now O'Riley Auto Parts) whenever possible for the last 10 years at least and I take full advantage of their rewards program as well as any special coupons I get in the mail and I have saved hundreds of dollars over the years, they've also saved my butt by being able to special order (usually older) parts that no other auto shop in the area has been able to get several times...

Just called 2 minutes before they closed in desperate need for a plow solenoid to be able to make it home. Tom answered the phone to let me know they do have the solendoids but they are closed. I asked if I could pay for it and have him leave it outside like every other parts store around has done for anyone who asks. He said he can't do that. Here's your 1 star Tom....

Staff was great very helpful. Quality of the alternator was not. One of the studs for the electrical connection was broken off laying in the bottom of the box. Taking it back to the Hillsborough location to get a replacement much closer to my house. This is in no way a reflection on the Newport location they are a great group of people and I will continue to...
