This is one of the best and most unique culinary experiences in New Jersey. The farm at glenwood mountain in Sussex, New Jersey offers a farm to table dinner right on their farm and you can even stay the night at the farm Chef and farmer Steve Maclean prepared a four-course tasting menu using fresh, non-GMO ingredients grown and raised just steps away. The burrata and tomato salad with a sweet jersey corn puree was nreal. The dishes were simple, but every bite was bursting with flavor because the ingredients were that fresh Between courses, we wandered the fields and watched the animals graze. Later, we stayed overnight in their rustic ‘Milk Suite’—cozy, charming, and the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle in the rest of the state In the morning, I woke up to the sound of roosters, sipped coffee while Highland cows strolled past, and even grabbed fresh produce from their market before heading home This was one of the best experiences I’ve had in New Jersey this year.
