I took it to them and they made a few small tests and then produced the perfect monogrammed piece that I now can use to make the bride/groom a beautiful pillow. They also were flexible when I asked to have a heart put on another smaller piece to make a ring bearer pillow. All were so beautiful and everyone loved them! ...

Full Promoted helped out in a pinch when we needed 34 hats embroidered with a company logo. They were able to turn it around in just a day, which is definitely not the norm but they seriously put their customers first. It's hard to find companies with such a customer centric approach but Fully Promoted is one of those places you can trust and rely on for a good, quality experience. The hats looked amazing and everyone was so excited to see them....

Only good experiences to report. They are consistently professional, helpful, and kind. I like their commitment to sustainability. Also, cost savings they get from a supplier are actually passed to me. I especially like that some purchasing can have the same unit price of 1000, even if I am only buying a small qty. When I don't know what to buy, then they find a variety of good options and work with me, even though I might cancel the request....
