The worst stores ever!!! I spent over $600 in one day. One of the items was the wrong. Came back to exchange the for the right size but they did not have other size in stock. They keep on asking me if I wanted the same item in a different color and I said no I really just want what I paid for. Again they ask me if I wanted something different and I said no. And again another time he ask me if I would take another color⦠and again I said no. I then asked for a return of my money and they said I can order the item for you online and ship it to you. And again please just give me a refund.
After all that they then said to me they wonāt return the item I asked speak to the manager and the manager said the same thing. Then I asked why and they said all their sales are final but I ask why because it wasnāt on a final sale rack and itās a regular item at full price that they sold me but they did not care. Then ask them to look up my account because I bought the same item in the pass in a different color but wrong size again and they exchange it in the pass so why is it different now. They had no excuseā¦ā¦ I ask them to show me a final sale sign in the store or on my receipt but nothing just a lookā¦ā¦ā¦.. I believe the store has goals and they donāt like to give refunds so be very very careful what you buy from them. I also believe this might be also against Massachusetts return policy.

I arrived at this location and when I got there, I was told I would need a receipt, which I did not have. The girl who worked the register gave me an attitude during this process, and was very dismissive which made me uncomfortable and caused me to leave. No where on Lululemon's website does it state that a receipt is required for an exchange. I later visited another Lululemon location where I was able to provide them with my drivers license and exchange my pants without an issue. This is very disappointing considering that I have been shopping at Lululemon for quite some time now. I hate to say it, but considering that I am a woman of color and the location of this store, it makes me jump to the conclusion that this was 100% racially motivated. I wonder what the circumstances would have been had a white person tried to do an exchange. This location will never receive my business...
