EDIT: Juice Press has contacted me. In fact addressed my concern the same day that I had and voiced my experience. I appreciate them acknowledging me and working with me to make future experiences better. I went up a star for JP emailing me and I will change my stars when I eventually go back!
Bad customer service experiences stick with you for life. I would know. I remember when Yard House spilled a pitcher of water on my dad and didn’t apologize and when the friend of the owner of Sweet Waffle Boba was racist.
Anyways don’t ask Juice Press for a cup of ice or for an iced drink. It’s apparently such an inconvenience.
The person making drinks today at noon was not happy when I ordered an iced matcha and he made it hot. And then I asked for a cup of ice to remedy the initial order being an iced matcha. But this particular location is the complete opposite in the best way! We met the kindest employee who genuinely cared and explained alternative options for substitutions due to dietary restrictions. She was amazing and friendly and easygoing and really set the standard for customer service! It’s amazing that they’re vegan-friendly and have so many options for juice, smoothies, and even coffee. Really good food includes their drinks, which are collaborations of several fresh vegetables, with flavors that add to it without being too sweet. Their chia pudding is a nutritious blend of chia and other tasty stuff, making it less of the tapioca pudding texture often found with most chia pudding.
The building is located off of route 9 in Newton in a village known as Chestnut Hill. Well known for it's high end retail destinations, there are many recommended places neighboring the Juice Press.
