Wow!! When I say AMAZING I mean AMAZING customer service!!! I misplaced my wallet, well I sat it down in the ground when trying to untangle a shirt to buy and walked away from it. As I sat my stuff down on the check out counter I realized I didn’t have my wallet and immediate tan to where i sat it down and it was GONE!!! Complete anxiety consumed me as I had receipts for a work trip I needed to be reimbursed for in there, $50 cash, all my cc and debit cards and ofcourse my id!!! I called the cops, I was on the verge of panic attack, the store manager came out to calm me down, the cashier was helping search for it along with the other store assistant manager. The store manager sat me down and was basically Helmholtz me breath Lol!!! The customers were all helping look as well when one of them yelled here it is!!! My not the smartest in the bunch self had wrapped it up in the clothes I was buying and there it was!!! I had the whole store and its employees cheering that we found it, hands down most embarrassing moment of my life but they just laughed with me and almost cried with me, they made me feel NOT SO STUPID AND I could not be anymore thankful for their kindness and support and STELLAR customer service!! I use to love all the Beall's outlets and rarely came out of any store without purchasing something. It has become more and more difficult for me to find the deals I use to. The children's department seems to keep getting less selections to choose from. I greatly miss the old punch cards you all use to have for the discounts years ago that you could save up. I preferred those over the new card system with the time limit. I don't rarely get to use the discount in the allowed time or I forget about it. I shopped at Bealls Outlet this morning, with my grandson. The store was clean. There was a good selection of summer dresses in my size, and I purchased three of them. I got my grandson a pair of jeans, for back to school.
