Smoothie King — Restaurant in Niceville

Just not a good experience when I come here. I go to smoothie king quite often, my favorite location is the Destin location, and the Fort walton beach one. This location and the Crestview just lack, this location in particular; the first time I came here and the girl working had a black eye, and they broke the blender when making the smoothie and glass was everywhere. I felt bad. Just felt for my first time at this location. Just one of those days I guess. The second time I was upcharged on my smoothie due to ringing up the wrong size, added one dollar discount but still got charged a 32oz price, which is more than that…put it in the smaller cup, then they didn't even put the full amount into the cup of the two smoothies i purchased. It was filled 3/4 the amount. At this point I was just annoyed and I wasn’t feeling well, so I asked for a refund, and the gentleman working was very kind and helped me out with that. Anyway not a great experience.

At the end- Left with no smoothie, Did not feel well physically and I left mentally annoyed by the situation....

Today my husband and I wanted to start our day by grabbing smoothies. We pulled up, and a kind, younger woman took our order. She told us to pull up and park, which we've never been told to do before so we were confused as usually we pull around to the other side. We pulled forward, parked, and waited a while for our order. We saw some cars that were behind us pull around, so my husband backed up and got in line as we thought we had heard the cashier wrong. When it came time for us to finally get it, the woman (different than the cashier) was EXTREMELY rude. She rolled her eyes, threw our spoons at my husband and pushed the food towards him, and ended up spilling some of the smoothie bowl in his lap. She just stood there, staring blankly at us before sacrastically saying "have a great day", rolled her eyes, and walked away mumbling and throwing her hands around. I have never been treated like this before at any Smoothie King location, and I'm shocked at her unprofessional behavior. We will not be returning and will be telling others about...

More training needed here on customer service! When picking up an order for doordash/ Uber eats here The staff inside wants you to go to the right hand side of the building which is where you pick orders up from... That would be fine if there was a dinger on that side to let the staff know that someone is there. I've waited here numerous times with no acknowledgment then I've had to knock on the window myself to get someone's attention. When I do pull up to the other window where the dinger is I get very poor customer service and told I need to pull around the building to pick the order up although it's sitting there done and they waste more time telling me to pull around the building! More training is definitely needed here because as of right now I will never pick up another order from this establishment or go there for myself.
