Hobby Lobby — Local services in Nogales

I had the worst experience of my life going to this hobby lobby. The cashiers need training on identifying fake money. I had a legit $100 bill and they argued with me saying it was fake and they supposedly checked it with some flashlights they have and they had no batteries so how did they check if the flashlights didn't work? I went to the bank to check the bill and it was 100% real and they even said "what the hell is wrong with those people doing that?" Exactly! Made my wife and I feel like criminals in front of everyone. Instead of making tik toks they should learn how to better themselves on...

What skills must you have to be hired at Hobby Lobby? IS good customer service a must or at least a requirement? You would think so..right? They definetely dropped the ball whoever is interviewing candidates. Because, no cashier that works here possesses this skill. I hate going here but, when my daughter who is an artist needs something I will go with her. I would rather go in Tucson an hour away because...they give you great customer service!!! I want to make a call to the store so that from time to time they can observe how their cashiers serve customers, today a long line with only one cashier came to attend a second person with an unfriendly attitude, the person’s name is Kasandra from the Nogales Arizona store. These are difficult times, we are all in a hurry, we are stressed, or we have a health situation. So a little empathy wouldn't hurt at all. Smile instead of scolding...
