Let me start off by saying that i have been a chipotle lover for as long as i could remember. Im originally from Tucson so i had a chipotle near me at all times. I moved to Rio Rico and when i found out they were building a chipotle here, i was ecstatic. This past couple times that i have dined-in, the portions are way too small. The bowl doesn't even get half full which is abnormal since i get a lot of ingredients. There is an older women with black hair working there with very poor customer service. The last time i walked in she made a comment, like i didn't know what i was talking about, when Ive been there my whole life. This time she kept rushing us to get our ingredients, when we were placing a big order. I have always asked for Lemon wedges and normally i have no problems with them handing them to me. But this lady makes a weird face and tells me that they don't give lemons. I also feel bad for her trainees, i understand you need to train, but there is a way of saying things to employees in training and not in a demeaning way or in front of customers. She was just plain rude, i felt bad for the girl. At this point i rather drive 30 minutes to Green Valley to get better portions and better...

I was treated very badly by the cashier just for speaking to her in Spanish, I am bilingual and I am proud of my origins, thanks to this action the cashier treated me badly and denied me the use of the bathroom.

I knocked on the door multiple times and no one answered, I had to leave the place to find a bathroom.
It's not possible that your employees treat customers like this. I wasn't the only person who tried to use the bathroom. I think this is a technique they use so that once the bathroom is clean, it doesn't get dirty again.
On my ticket, the name of the host...

Unfortunately, this particular Chipotle ranks among the worst I've experienced. The rice was undercooked with hard bits scattered throughout my bowl, making it quite unpleasant. The guacamole was practically frozen, as if it had been pre-made and stored improperly. But the most disappointing part was the portion sizes. The inconsistency in service at this location is frustrating—depending on who prepares your food, you might end up with a burrito that looks more like a small taco due to the skimpy protein portions. It's clear that the employees here need retraining to ensure consistent quality. I hope they address these issues soon so I can continue to enjoy visiting...
