The only Panda Express in the world where they are consistent in always ruining your paid order. Who is the manager of this place? Who is running this place? It doesn’t feel like anyone is. It’s ridiculous that every time I come here something is forgotten or you have to wait cause apparently there aren’t enough cooks hired. I ordered the Teriyaki chicken and they forgot to put the Teriyaki sauce so I guess they decided for me I’m having dry chicken. It’s not the customers responsibility to check if the order is correct and all the sauces are there. I highly recommend to avoid this place but if you must know you probably wait and make sure to check there is nothing missing in your order at the location. There is nothing worst than to learn your order is missing something at home.
They are occasionally out of menu entrees and 99% of the times I been here they make you wait for the food. I feel bad for the people in the front, this looks to be an issue with management of this location. The food is what you expect from Panda...
Read moreThis review is not about the food, but rather the extremely poor service by your staff. I was 2nd in line to order a 2-plate entree and somehow after plating the fried rice & chow mein, my box gets left sitting for 5 minutes. Meanwhile the staff members behind the counter start serving the next 4 customers behind me. I continue walking to the cashier and my styrofoam box just sits there at the beginning of what is now a very long line of orders. The cashier proceeds to brush me aside while she rings up the next 3 customers. I politely ask her what happened and she says that they must have forgotten about my plate and I must now wait an extra 5 minutes for chicken & string beans. This wait turns into 10 minutes and the staff members just keep blaming each other rather than apologizing to me for this mistake. This location needs training on customer service & operation protocols at busier times of the day. Read moreThere was no iced tea. Three of the beverages on the soda fountain where out including Coke. I had to go back 3 times to straighten out my order. There were two of us and they couldn't understand that we were ordering separately, two plates. I told the server we wanted two separate orders on one bill. She grabbed only one container. I told her we were ordering separately, and we planned to eat in and needed two containers. She said we should go and pay and that they were out of rice so we would have to wait. When the rice finally came they gave us one box. I told them we had ordered two meals. She charged me again for the second meal and put it in a box. I had to go back and ask her if I could please have a styrofoam container to put my food in to eat. It was a frustrating experience. The food was okay, not great. Slightly below-average...
