Starbucks — Restaurant in Nogales

If I could give 0 stars I would... Have gone to days straight. First time asked for dragon fruit drink, coconut milk extra inclusions and sweet cream cold foam and 3 other items...was charged for that, when I got on the freeway and took a sip it was some sort of lemonade pink drink with nothing in it.... called and told the lady what happened that I couldn’t go back to get it changed. She said she would write my name there to get it at no cost. my husband went today in the morning and sent him a text of what I wanted, [oat milk shaken expresso , with oat sweetener and sweet cream cold foam] he asked for that, even showed the girl the text when he paid. When he received it and brought it to work for me, it was a shaken expresso, no sweet cream and just a very bitter taste, topped with cinnamon. When my husband pointed it out, the girl told him that was what was ordered he told her that he’s never seen me with a drink like that but proceeded to bring it to me to work.

I understand that many High school students are working during the summer but there needs to be someone in charge of making sure they send out what the clients ordered. so now I have no coffee, and no patience, and I don’t want to deal with another call to this...

The drive thru takes forever! I started ordering on the mobile app but literally every single time my order is never ready by the estimated time. This has happened over 10 times. I get when it’s busy I’ll wait but today it wasn’t busy when I walked in and my drink was about a half hour over the estimated wait time. I got used to my drink never being ready on time so I started coming for it a few minutes after the ready time. They still have me waiting. Today was the last straw. I noticed a few times that when I order multiple drinks in the same order they are made at different times. Some drink get watered down while the others are being made and that’s because they take half an hour to make the drinks. I don’t understand if I place an order why are all drinks made separate. Even when I only have two...

Man was very kind at the drive- thru. We ordered a Summer Skies refresher and a green tea frap with no whip cream. At last minute my daughter asked for less ice. The man at the register looked at us as like “are you dumb?” He immediately responded saying, “Oh- no the drink is already made.” And he turned away. Then we saw a girl adding whip cream to my drink even tho I asked for none. She looked around hoping no one would notice, grabbed a lid and smeared the whip cream off my drink! The rest of the whip cream the lid didn’t catch, she just got a straw and stirred it in, it was obvious that there was still smeared whip cream on my drink. They even added way more ice then needed in my frap. And for my daughters drink, you could have gotten a spoon and scooped out...
