This has been my 4th encounter with this sporting good store and every time it has NOT been a good one. The staff is rude and unhelpful. Being that I am new to the area, I was hoping for more helpfulness and that was not at all what I was greeted with. My first encounter was winterball season I called to check stock on a pair of specific cleats that were sold out around town and was informed they don't help over the phone. I chalked it up to maybe someone having a bad day. New season, I go into the store to drop off jerseys to be patched and printed on and lady at the counter refused to help me because I didn't follow proper protocol and bring a list that I wasn't aware we even needed. I called to check on that order and the lady who answered cut me off and was not helpful at all. She Refused to give any updates about uniforms. Refused to help or check on an order that I dropped off OVER 2 weeks ago. With as much money as they make from our little league you would think they would be kind and grateful for the business being that its a mom and pop. I will take my business to DICKS next time at least they greet customers a bit better and don't seem to be put out by their customers. RUDE DOESN'T"T EARN...

Customer service is HORRIBLE!! First, they made a mistake on the jacket which in return had to delay the "ready/pick" up date of 09/19/24. This person which the name starts with a "H" said that she will give us a call back when the jacket will be read (NEVER CALLED BACK)!!!. F
Fast forward to today 09/27/24, I had to call them & ask if the jacket was ready. They said "yes". I get there to pick up the jacket & pay for it...the price changed/increased $98!!! THEY ADDED ADDITIONAL PRICES WITHOUT INFORMING ME & LIED about it!!!! They NEVER told me the price increase from the time I spoke to them on 09/16/24 until I actually went up to the store on 09/27/24. The young girls they have working there, assisting customers are VERY RUDE & lack the skills of customer service. The quality of work is good, BUT...Being UNTRUTHFUL & Adding on additional charges without informing the customer is BAD BUSINESS & NOT PROFESSIONAL!!!

Read moreOther than being local and sometimes having stock on hand there's nothing positive about Ken's. When my girls were in cheerleading from 2005-2010 Ken's NEVER ONCE got an order 100% correct. The staff answering the phones is hit or miss for good customer service. I had to use them again for a HS polo shirt that I was told they had the logo for. Went in Sept 11, gave them the logo since they no longer had it and was told it would be ready Sept 18. Got a call later that they would be done Sept 25 instead. Sept 26 Ken's called to ask for the logo because the employee that had it wasn't there...it was supposed to be done the day prior and they couldn't have called before?
