Rancho Boots and Western Wear — Local services in Norco

I would give 0 stars if possible. My son in law has asked for gift certificates from this place so he can buy a new cowboy hat. The certificates just expired and they wouldn’t redeem them. They got their money so we are out $200 now!! My family shops here all the time and they wouldn’t honor these after all the money we’ve spent here. It’s a shame and would rather shop Bootbarn from now on because they are way easier to work with and their gift cards...

I originally went to Boot Barn looking for a Stetson hat, but came here after and was blown away by how many more options they had. Mona was a tremendous help, even letting me know what styles looked best with my face shape.

During a different visit, I had a hat shaped by the owner. Apparently, people come from all over to have her shape their hats, and I can see why.
