Saw this place online was super excited to come to get the siphon coffee and try different flavors of deep fried ice cream. This location is located in Norco very cool. They even have a spot where you can tie your horses up to go inside their service. Here was outstanding. Sarah gave us the great service. She made our life and coffee and all of our drinks. We tried the strawberry shortcake latte the peach latte, the Guatemalan siphon and the honey infused Colombian siphon coffee. We also got frappe’s for the kids, the chocolate strawberry and the chocolate chip. The chocolate chip was not that great so they made it again. The chocolate strawberry was amazing. The strawberry sauce is made fresh and not some yucky store brand fake stuff it was really cool to watch him make the deep fried ice cream using the hydrogen to freeze it and then frying it in the air fryer. Everything was really fresh really good. The prices were really good and the portions were equal to the pricing. The service was absolutely amazing. The place got super busy. The staff handled the crowd greatly. Everything was fresh and was delicious. 10 out of 10 totally recommend this location. The bathrooms were clean and everyone was very professional. Was excited and wanted to like this place. Was looking forward to supporting a small business over Starbucks. Unfortunately I won’t be going back. Immediately upon entering I felt unwelcome and bad energy. I was not greeted with a hello or a smile. I was just stared at, then left there awkwardly for a couple minutes. When my order was taken I wasn’t asked any clarification questions. When I got my vanilla cold brew it was clear there was no milk added. Sure enough on the cup he wrote “no milk” even though that wasn’t clarified or asked. I was going to let it go, but when I got in my car, I decided to go back in and ask for milk. When I walked back in the 2 workers behind the counter (the boy that took my order, and a girl sitting down leaned over the counter, and laying in her arm) looked up at me, then look at each other and didn’t say anything. I asked for some milk while the girl continues to stare at me (it was really uncomfortable and I felt very unwelcome and awkward) I took my drink, told them they were unfriendly, and got the hec out of dodge. I came to terms the workers must be in high school. They had zero customer service or people skills. I can take bad service but never bad...
