Boot Barn — Local services in Norco

I have been buying Timberland work boots for over 5 years now at the local norco boot Barn never had a problem the last pair I bought was 8 months ago. This particular pair I only wear not even 30% of the time at work Yesterday at work 1of the boots totally DE laminated from the bottom part of the boots, Boot barn would not do a replacement they just wanted to discount a new pair stating timberland only give 6 months warranty on work boots and that The life expectancy of work boots is 9 months. I have 2 other pairs of timberlands that I've had for over 3 years, this new pair that I have obviously are defective and they could have just sent them out to get repaired instead they chose to just disregard my patriotism with boot barn. Terrible experience terrible policy never will I shop at...

The associates where knowledgeable. Super friendly! Gave an honest fashion opinion; which I personally needed. We have plans on getting married July 4th in Ohio. Jasmine led us to the area and gave us info; she was dealing with other customers. Daniell introduced herself; and gave us the up most attention! It usually takes me forever to make a decision; so generally shopping is not a pleasant experience. We were treated with respect and felt that our being there was valuable! She was knowledgeable, friendly, patience and fun. She and Manny finished our transactions. Manny gave us a lot of info, and once again treated our presence with professionalism and as if we were his favorite customers. You are quite fortunate to have these persons representing Boot Barn...

If I could I would’ve have given - stars for today’s horrible experience at your store. Came in and was not greeted at all walked around looking for some comfy boots for my husband and was not once asked if I needed help. Made my selection and headed to check out where I waited to rang up for over 10 mins then I asked if there was another pair of boots that weren’t scratched up and was told no. Paid for the boots and left they definitely have horrible customer service here and would not come back nor recommend...
