Over Charging us shopper at this Grocery OutLet 6 th St.Norco Ca. We go to check out grocery items don’t match the shelf price AS USUAL~every time I shop this store every time too !!! Im not kidding… since new owners took over prices do not match shelfs so the cashier calls for a price check this worker comes out he is(The owners son n grandson) owners are Father n Son of this Grocery Outlet worker already knows the problem ??? Wow hows he know??? Before I speak just over charging us shoppers So he is willing to give me 1 at shelf price but not the other item BUT WAIT … THE SHELF SAYS 1.49 under my item but rings up 5.99 big difference!!!!!!!!!!!!! it’s a game in their favor over charging me/us shoppers if your a honest Grocery OutLet Norco Friendly you say ??? That’s a Lie!! Its called price gouging/over charging shoppers WHY has been happening for months n months and never fixed ??? old owners prices were Correct every shop I did .. I now go to Riverside Grocery OutLet I just wanted to see their shelf prices at check out …….…GUESS WHAT?shelf price matched register ring up EVERY ITEM …you lost my weekly shopping Grocery OutLet Norco Ca. Oops for got this one little thing the way I was treated here by this Son - Grandson of these owners was RUDE out of line with me !!! when their over charging me!! When I question him he got up set and started to cry …. and told me MY DADDY AND GRANDPA OWN THIS STORE AND I CAN TROW YOU OUT …oh my gosh Drama Boy!!! But wait a minuet this is your error YOUR RIPPING ME/US SHOPPERS OFF AND OVER CHARGING US!! Well not me any more I don’t give you my money !!! your store was a headache for me to shop! The store is dirty lack of cleaning look under them Veg’s and fruits ..Orange slime and Black MOLD it’s growing 🦠.just shame shame on you at Grocery OutLet...

My recent visit to this grocery store was tainted by an alarming encounter at the checkout. The cashier, Michelin, reeked of alcohol, which was noticeable from a distance and raised concerns about her professionalism. Worse, I witnessed her aggressively questioning an American customer about his accent, repeatedly asking, “Why do you have an accent?” This was not only rude but also displayed a shocking level of ignorance and insensitivity, as she seemed oblivious to the fact that everyone, including herself, has heritage tied to another land somewhere. Her behavior struck me as racist, uneducated, and outright discriminatory. Michelin’s apparent intoxication and offensive conduct is unacceptable, and I’m appalled that such behavior is tolerated at this store. I hope the franchise owner takes swift action to hold her accountable, as this kind of conduct could expose the store to serious legal repercussions, including potential lawsuits for discrimination. I urge management to address this immediately to prevent further incidents. Until then, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I would rate this store 0 /5 if I could...

During our shopping trip I had to use the restroom. I got to the "customer" restroom but it was occupied by someone obviously annoyed that I had knocked on the door. I asked a passing employee if I could get the code for the second bathroom and he said "I'm sorry that bathroom is for employees only you will have to wait for the customer bathroom to open up." Ok no big deal. As I was waiting I could hear the man in the bathroom complaining. As he exited the bathroom he gave me a quick look and with an annoyed tone said AHHH which I could only assume was at me. As he walked away I noticed the back of his shirt said GROCERY OUTLET on it. He was an employee using the only customer bathroom, leaving the employee bathroom empty and he was annoyed that I had to use the restroom.
