I would have to give this store a one star. Yesterday 4/22/2025 I decided to come to this store and when I placed my order I’m a very detailed person I started of my order with the size and the smoothie I wanted and my milk of choice and I said if you don’t have that I will take this other kind of milk. The man at the window drive-through proceeds to sound aggressive over the intercom which one do you want when I already explained what I want I let that slide. He tells me to come up to the front. I park there other cars come behind me make orders they pull up he comes out for all those people‘s drinks, but mine and I was there in line in the front-mind and the places orders after me. There was one person in the. Someone walked out there like their short staff I don’t have a problem with that because I understand and the industry they’re usually short staffed, but for three people‘s cars that came after me to get their drinks that just seemed a little off being that he already gave me an attitude so I walked in just to cancel my order because at this point I don’t even want the smoothie due to the way that I was being spoken to in the beginning. I had time to sit on that so when I walk in, they’re like oh we’re blending it right now and I’m like it’s OK. I just want my money back? I’m assuming this is the manager because he kept shouting im the manager and he’s saying we’re short staff we short staff There’s nothing we can do about that mind you I never told him why I wanted my order canceled It wasn’t because of the short staff it was because of the attitude that made me assume that they were playing with my order. I proceed to walk outside to get my receipt and my card to get my refund and he’s shouting in there while the door closes to another customer complaining about me being upset about a return that he thinks its because I’m upset about his short staff.No sir yall yelling at me and talking about me to a customer I just want to spend my money where I don’t get spoken to like that. Read moreI am at disbelief at this location these last couple of weeks. This is my third attempt giving this location another try as I am a regular. It looks as if they have changed to all new employees. I haven’t seen the people I am used to seeing anymore.
The very first incident - Took 20mins waiting just to take my order because “they were the only person there.” BUT, there was only one vehicle ahead of me and I could clearly see inside that there were also no customers being helped.
Second Incident- I arrived at 9:45am on an open business day during open hours of operation BUT the entire store was not even open. Nobody in sight. Lights off, etc. Had to drive myself to another location.
My third, and very last attempt - Took 15 mins waiting for someone to say anything or greet me at the drive through. Asked for my order, then told me they had no bowls available today - which as I’ve said I am a regular. I know how these things work. These new employees are too lazy to do thier job properly so instead of making the bowl fresh, they want to just say it’s not available. That’s insane. Not to mention, I wasn’t even done ordering before they turned the microphone off and I literally said hello three times before deciding that I’m not even going to bother. I drove around and seen the same car at the window sitting there waiting while the employee inside took zero initiative to pick up the pace.
Whoever owns this location, you need to train your new hires better.
These new employees need to work on their customer service as well as time management. PLEASE FIND YOURSELF ANOTHER LOCATION. You’ll just be wasting...
Read moreI came today to eat around 2:15pm and I did not have a good experience at all. I ordered a Strawberry Banana Activator and a strawberry hulk. When I got to the window, I was waiting for a long time before the lady (presumably the manager) finally opened the window.
When she opened the window she said "We don't have blueberries for the "Blueberry Activator" and I replied, "I ordered a Strawberry Banana."
This is important because I ordered a completely different smoothie with different ingredients. She is going to then tell the other employee "Just add Banana to it." I didn't order a Blueberry Activator so why am I getting one with no Blueberry but Banana added? My smoothie should've been remade to the one I paid for, not the mistake smoothie she tried to correct. (I can taste the ingredients, btw. Its different. The menu board shows ingredients too.)
During the middle of this, I paid with 20 dollars and before she hands me my money, she says "Tell everyone else we're taking cards only." Why was I able to pay with cash and now every one else is taking card only? I assume she's the manager so did she just decide she didn't want to take cash? There wasn't a cash shortage sign anywhere, I could've paid with my card.
Overall I don't think id want to come back here, every other store has gotten my smoothies correct. Not to mention she wasn't very attentive to the situation. I'd rather just drink the smoothie than try to get a refund from her, cause it really didn't...
