Don't usually leave reviews but I've had too many bad experiences at this location. Don't come here often but it's the closest to my work. I ordered online on the app for drive-thru pickup. The driveway was pretty backed up and I sat there about 10 minutes before I was even able to get to the speaker box to let them know I had a mobile order. Lady came on the speaker I told him I had a mobile order and then it went silent for quite a few minutes. I finally had to yell out and she acted like I was dumb for not hearing anything. I finally made it to the drive-thru window and set there for another 5 minutes at least just for them to tell me to drive around to the front of the building and someone will bring my order out. Set that for another 10 minutes before I went inside. This was after the next three people after me in line drove off with their food. I go inside and stand at the register and the lady walks up and just kind of stares at me before rudely asking what did I want. I let her know that I had a mobile order and I had been waiting over 35 minutes at this point and politely asked where my order was. Come to find out they still haven't started it. They had given my order away and I guess just weren't going to do anything about it until I said anything. Then while they were making my order they were laughing about it. They did not give me my drink. I asked about it and got pushed back. I've never had a fast food experience especially when I order a head take almost 40 minutes before. Absolutely awful experience. While my partner and I love Taco Bell, our local location kept leaving out food from our orders, so we started ordering from this location instead. All was well for some time until the service started going completely downhill out of the blue. We're delivery regulars, and we'd ALWAYS have parts of our orders missing, and tonight was the last straw.
We wanted to try the new Cheesy Street Chalupas, so we ordered 4 of them -- two steak street chalupas in a limited-time Big Box and two cantina chicken street chalupas a-la-carte. We ended up missing the steak chalupas that were supposed to be included in my partner's Cheesy Street Chalupas Box. That's the MAIN part of that box, and we didn't receive them! Before that, we had a previous order that included two servings of nacho fries, and we didn't receive EITHER of them either! Additionally, I can't eat red meat, so I always sub out for chicken, but they often forget to do that, too! I've had to spend money just to starve. It feels like robbery.
In total, they've been failing to complete our orders a total of three or four times now, and I'm tired of being constantly let down by the team at this location. I'd continued to order because I'd had faith in management, especially since I escalated this to Taco Bell directly via their app EVERY time, but at this point, it's too much to let slide. Read moreUpdate: Went for a GH pickup. So already placed order. Went in and said I'm here to pick up this order. Manager lady snaps that their getting to it. They instead took five more orders made them and handed them out. Said I'm waiting on this order lady snapped full attitude and head bend "were getting to it!" After a minute lady told another lady to bag the ALREADY DONE just sitting there food for my pick up. Took so long the other high paying order I had got reassigned. Delivery drivers avoid this Taco Bell. Contacted corporate about the attitude from the manager. The owner contacted me. She seemed to care at first then when learned about it being a GH delivery no longer seemed to care. Funny that. I find it interesting how businesses think delivery drivers aren't their customers. Considering delivery drivers also eat and go to restaurants also. I'm always finding new places to check out myself and where to avoid doing this job. I've stopped going to places I did go to myself constantly if treated differently when picking up for delivery. It ABSOLUTELY DOES MATTER HOW YOU TREAT YOUR DELIVERY DRIVERS AND I WONT PICK UP FROM THIS LOCATION FOR DELIVERY ANYMORE EITHER. GOOD LUCK TO YOU AND YOUR FAILING BUSINESS. This Taco Bell is Skimpy and doesn't know how to fill up nacho cheese or a fry. Don't come here....
