We went to Deets/Ashley Home Store knowing what we wanted & knew we would probably have to order the items we wanted & expected several months before we would get it. We had no help right away & walked around by ourselves. Then finally found someone to ask for help. He actually pointed us to a different brand of furniture & explained why it would be a great brand of furniture. Then left while we tried things out. We decided to go with his suggestion but wanted to decide on fabric colors. I had to go find him & when I did he was sitting on a couch waiting for a drawing for a gift card to start. I asked him for the fabric colors & he gave them to me & was off again because the drawing was in 4 minutes. When the drawing was over he never showed up to help us. We were disappointed & a little upset because the service at this store over the years had never been this way. We have worked with Jane when we bought our last living room furniture & she was awesome to work with. Then we had worked with Ron (the owner) when our daughter bought her mattress set. He was so wonderful to work with. So after waiting awhile for help, we finally saw Ron & asked him for help which he did & so did Kyle. We ended up purchasing a new living room set with their help & they explained things so well. Found out all our items should be here in 6-8 weeks instead of 6 months to a year with the other brand we were going to do when we first walked in the store. If it wasnât for these two guys, we may have just walked out, but we also knew they have good quality furniture. A customer should never have to search for help in a furniture store when there were several employees there on Memorial Day! So I am still giving this review a 5 out of 5 because of the help we finally received from Ron & Kyle. Deets is a wonderful store & like I said quality & customer service in the past has always been good. Thank...

He was very kind and understanding of the situation. It was really nice to have a store reach out and just apologize for the misfortune. I still recommend putting away anything breakable in the pathway of the delivery men. But overall they have nice furniture, fair prices, and their store staff is really really nice.
Their furniture is beautiful and prices are fair. I recommend NOT having them deliver for you though. They scuffed up the hallway and door frame of my apartment by dragging my furniture against it and broke a ceramic statue that belonged to my deceased father. I'm really heartbroken about the statue as it's irreplaceable and had to repaint the hallway markings. Maybe hire professional movers who won't be so careless...
Read moreWhen we moved into a larger house in February of this year we needed more furniture to fill it! We had shopped at a few places in town and had terrible experience with sales people. When we got to Ashley Homestore I told my husband I didnât want to work with anyone until we had made a decision because of our past experiences. To our surprise, we were greeted by Charmagne who was a perfect fit for us. She allowed us to browse without breathing down our necks. She was there to answer any questions we had and was very knowledgeable. We ended up furnishing our entire house with furniture from Ashley Homestore and have been extremely satisfied with the quality...
