Good place to deliver unless I got lucky I was in at 830 and out by 1200 am I have been to worse places everyone seemed nice I had a conversation with a gal who did the lumper billing and I had to remind her it was not an arughment.. ok so like I got loaded at the shipper and it took 12 minutes flat to load now drivers are not aloud on the dock at all at shipper now when I go to deliver at whole sale they want to count every thing and make sure everything is their and in my case it took a couple of hours. Why get the driver involved in your counting and your process they have absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with nothing with the product so like if your a hundred cases short driver has absolutley nothing to do with it just sighn the bol and let us go...... (between you and shipper)now if we had more stops after whole sale i could maybe see making sure about product count.. even if the product was damaged take a picture and sigjn the bol even if the product was replaced with crack take a picture and...
Read moreFrom us 81 turn on the Monroe avenue proceed to the guardshack pull up to the gate. Set your brakes go into the guardshack to check in. The guard will take your number and then tell you to go park if there's no room to park you'll have to go back to the loves and park and they will call you with your door number when they're ready for you. The guards are really nice After do you go to your door and back into your door then you go to the receiving office. 30 to 50 people are trying to check in we had the 2100 appointment time. The receiving clerk did not check one person in until 21:35. He was very disrespectful and rude to more than one driver at check in at the receiving office. They take your phone number also so you can pay the lumper later and then they'll call you when everything is counted. Plan on being there 8 to 10 hours. No overnight parking at this facility. There is a Love's truck stop...
Read moreThe reviews aren't lying. I deliver here several times a month and its always the same. Turn down the road that the Love's is on. Drive past the Love's. Road will curve to the right. Stop at the guard shack in the middle of the road and check in. Make sure you have a safety vest on. Guards were on a power trip and acting like drivers were a bother to them. Then park in the staging area and wait for a phone call. Once you get a phone call go to your door. Stand in line behind 20 other drivers in the receiving office while the office staff bs around taking forever to check drivers in/out. The lumper office has a sign up that is barely visible to drivers that states certain vendors get priority no matter the appointment time. Once your light goes green a second time they are supposed to text a link to your phone to pay the lumper service. Then you go in and get your bills. You have to leave once...
