KC Hall — Local services in Norfolk

My niece chose the KC Hall for her wedding reception. It was spacious and tastefully decorated. There was enough room for a large dance floor and room for the tables that held the food for the buffet. There were between 70 and 85 people in attendance and there was room for more. I attended a wedding in this hall. The room was absolutely gorgeous. although, the families of those getting married decorated it. the bartenders were the issue though. they were very uptight, yelled at people all night, changed rules in the middle of the party. in my opinion, I would not have had an event there, because of them. otherwise...
