first time patients get a lighter that retails for a whole $1.49 I’ve been to several and this is the most laughable first time patient incentive yet. Store is open late so that’s a plus bud tender wasn’t rude and got what I asked for Another plus The shake is on the lower end of most dispos in the area it may only be 30 dollars for a zip but that definitely doesn’t make it worth the money not super impressed by the shake for sure but again it’s shake Maybe the higher end flower is better it would be beneficial if you could see the buds in the jar without having to have them open the steel container and lean a bearded man over everyone’s bud not very sanitary kinda makes me upset that I could of possibly bought someone else’s facial hair in my flower if you go here it’s cause it’s open late and to buy concentrate or something else other than flower I’m writing this review in hopes to improve the patient experience at your Norman location I would not like to exchange anything just stating...

So ive been to most places around norman. Ive yet to have a bad experience till tonight. I bought a water pipe from them under the assumption that there products were not defective. Came home to find it wasn't sealing properly and leaking all over my table. So ideally I went back. To my surprise I was told all sales are final and they tried to give me a preroll. I came in for a water pipe if something doesn't work correctly the right thing to do is correct the situation . so all in all I will never return thanks but no thanks. :( and to be clear she looked at my pipe told me it wasn't broke I pointed at drops of water she still refused it was broke and called you telling you it leaking... It's funny I'm the one sitting at home with a leaking pipe . I don't want to come back I'm very upset how that was handled and know multiple other places that wouldn't have done this and made sure I was happy and have better prices for there products . a 40 dollar pipe and you let it cost...
