Well it's another one star review only because there are no negative options. I had my dishwasher replaced earlier this year and it has gone out already I reached out to Danny's as I had used them in the past when they were under different ownership. Unfortunately, the new ownership is horrible, their customer service is less than stellar the woman on the phone or in the front office is rude and lacks any empathy and customer service skills. As for the installers the ones who put in my current dishwasher that has gone out were mediocre at best they showed up assess the situation and then disappeared for two hours to return with what is the cheapest dishwasher I I've ever had Everything is plastic and flimsy which is why it's probably gone out. When I reached out to them to get what I would expect to be warranty work they miraculously did not have any records for this dishwasher saying that the last time they were here was 5 or so years ago. The unfortunate part is I did not keep the invoice, so I have no proof of service or purchase. I will no longer your business with this company, and I recommend you steer clear if you're reading this review. I am an elderly retired veteran on a fixed income so added expenses like this are not without serious impact on my finances. Read moreI wish there was a way to give zero stars. I just got off the phone with this business. They hung up on me after I demanded they do a service check on a refrigerator we purchased advertised as having a 30 day warranty. The machine makes concerning prolonged noises multiples times a day. After being told the "warranty" doesn't cover a return, we were told they could have someone take a look at it. This is something that was agreed upon at no additional cost per the "warranty" at the time of purchase. My husband called repeatedly over the course of a week and was always promised a call back regarding the service check, but never received one. By the time I called today, I was upset and said I wouldn't get off the phone until I had a time. They were rude in return and offered to come look at it for a $50 fee. I argued that is not the agreement. We have a 2 week old infant at home and we can't afford to pay for things that are supposed to be covered under "WARRANTY." Ultimately they hung up on me without resolution and have been refusing further phone calls. If you buy a machine from them I'd suggest being dang sure it has no problems at all. Because if it does, they will not help you and their 30 day "warranty" apparently...
Read moreI just scheduled a repair through Frigidaire...for a microwave that's under warranty. They set it up through Danny's appliance here in Norman. I was so happy to be supporting local...HA!!! I called to confirm the appointment and the lady that answered the phone was the rudest human I've ever spoken to . Her words when I kindly introduced myself and told her I had an appointment...she cut me off and said "We don't do repairs you are going to have to contact where you bought it from" and literally HUNG UP ON ME. I'm currently back on hold with Frigidaire and will be having this place taken off their list hopefully. I'm very said if this is the owner of this local place. I will never be going there.
