Spencer's — Local services in Norman

We drifted into Spencer's for some gift ideas. A younger employee said oh I like your dress! And another employee, a middle aged-older lady with dreads, came over and proceed to tell me that a 24 year old girl died because she got breast cancer from keeping her phone in her bra/bust. She told me I should be ladylike and put it in my boot or pocket. Telling a complete stranger that something they does causes cancer and that they should be more ladylike is not ok. Normally staff is very friendly here and it's overall one of the best Spencers I've been in. But one employee was extremely unprofessional and yelled at my mom, her name was Haley. Haley yelled at my mom telling her that she can't use both tax exempt and military ID. But this has never been an issue here before. Thankfully another staff member helped my mom out and was able to put in both discounts. I understand being aggravated at a customer but not under any circumstance should you yell at them. Do...

Levi and Till are the real ones. I walked in the building at 7:50 and they were one of the ONLY businesses with their doors still open and read to do business. This is stand up service, considering one of their competitors was already closed (Hot Topic). I only needed one thing (a piercing) and I knew exactly what it was, and I am grateful that they stayed open, because I was at risk of having my holes close up!
