I have been a customer for 6+ years and purchased a Waterfall Bluetooth speaker on July 26, 2022. Recently, I have been having technical issues with the speaker. On Nov 18, 2022, I called at 12:03 Pm. to report that the water jets were not working. I spoke to a representative and was informed someone would get back to me. I have yet to hear back from anyone, so I called on Nov 23, 2022, and reported the same issue again. I was told no one was aware that my speaker was not working and that someone would call me back. I have yet to hear back from anyone, so I called the store on Dec 2, 2022, and Dec 5, 2022. At this point, the speaker leaked a significant amount of water on my carpet. After December 5th, the speaker was picked up from my home to be sent in for repair. As of Dec 26, 2022, my speaker has yet to be returned to me and is still in Aaron's possession. I filed a complaint with Aaron's corporate headquarters on Dec 20, 2022. I spoke with name at 1:45 Pm, and they gave me a complaint ID. I was told a regional manager would contact me within 24 hours, but no one contacted me until Jan 9, 2023. On Jan 9, 2023, I received a call from a regional manager. He called me from a blocked phone number. He instructed me to contact the Norristown, Pa. store manager, and they would resolve this issue. The speaker was returned to my home on January 12, 2023. On January 14, 2023, I filled the waterfall speaker with distilled water per the manual instructions. So if I could base this rating just upon them Iād give 5 stars in a heartbeat. However, the manager or whoever did my contract didnāt bother to listen to when I got paid to be able to schedule my payments accordingly and just did whatever he wanted. Finally got that fixed. I had never been late/missed a payment. Had a hardship and called before my due date to advise that I needed to skip a month and have it deferred to the back. They never did it after saying they could and just have my account as past due now. They literally HARASS me and my fiancĆ© to no end. Multiple calls/messages per day. Not to mention when my furniture arrived the legs on my couches were broken but no one seemed to want to return my call about that though. (Still have yet to be fixed/replaced) and my bedroom furniture had gashes and scratches all over (no concern about that from them either) but got forbid my payment isnāt in by 4pm ON THE DUE DATE and I get 10 phone calls along with my fiancĆ© and all of our references. Iāve told them to cease and desist all further communication with us and our reference via phone however they clearly donāt know any type of FDCPA Laws or have any collections training (as Iāve done collections/repossessions for the past 16 years and have taken many many classes and courses) Iāve contacted my attorney to take action against them for this so hopefully they can learn their lesson and not hire idiots off the streets...

I will not hold them liable for defects by the manufacturer, this review represents their service and not the product itself. They delivered my tvs extraordinarily late in the day, and I was relieved I didn't have to stay up much longer. I am always on time, but my due date never falls on my pay schedule (I prefer not to touch my savings for recurring payments), so I normally pay early. However, this month I ended up paying 2-3 days late and was harrassed as if I have a history of late payments. I called the store and spoke with the representative who was harrassing me to confirm that--albeit SLIGHTLY tardy--my payment would occur on my payment date, and he used such a disrespectful, accusatory tone with me I was in disbelief. I won't be buying anything else from their stores, and I'm going to just pay out the contract (which, I must add, was quoted without an adjustment for the payments made). I just wanted to get the tvs set up by my move-in date without officially applying for credit, next time I'll just use best buy and pay cash like I normally do. What...
