RMS USA — Local services in North Andover

I had bought a BLOCK Tech Set around this past Easter as part of my grandson's basket (Mountain Puppy Rescue)...He only started building it about one1/2 months ago and then sadly, had to stop and put it aside do to the fact that there was 1 piece missing. These products are great because they do fit with the major name brand products. He had asked if we could see if we had the same missing piece within his many thousands of pieces he already had, this process took several more weeks. Of all the extra pieces, tubs and the sets he has this one piece just didn't existed in our possession. The next and only other route to take was to call RMS International, which I did. I really wish I had just called in the first place. I had to leave a message at first but I did get a return call back from Dawn Bracewell a day or two later. She was genuinely very concerned as to which piece was missing. She had asked for all the pertinent information which I had emailed back to her. I had purchased a Host your own Murder Mystery Game last year, but I finally have a chance to host a party. However, I found I was missing a clue card from the game and I contacted RMS USA International in the hopes that someone might respond to me. To be honest, I didn't really expect a response; however, a representative at the company responded the very next day. Over email, with enough information exchanged about the game and what was missing, they agreed to send me the missing card both digitally and as a hard copy, free of charge. My husband purchased a magic set for my son who really wants to learn. When we got it home we opened it up immediately and were impressed by the number of tricks he could learn (all of which seemed easy enough for a 8 year old). He practiced for hours and that night after dinner he did his “Magic show”. It was cute and it seems he might actually have a knack for it.
