I've lived in the apartment complex for over 10 years and unfortunately, my experience with the maintenance team, leasing office, and management company has been consistently disappointing. Despite repeated requests, issues often go either unresolved and it feels like my concerns are being ignored. The current situation with the mold in my bathroom is a perfect example. I reported the issue several months ago while a technician was out fixing another bathroom issue. He stated that the mold is a complicated issue and is something that he would need to report to his team as it can't be resolved as simply as the other issue he was attending to. He let me know he would come back to check the issue and inform me of what is the next step. Fast forward 2 months and the issue hasn't been resolved. I've since made attempts to reach the leasing office, submitted online urgent maintenance requests, and also left a message with the ownership company. As I write this review, it's been a week since this maintenance request has been recorded on the online portal only to be ignored. This is not a leaking faucet, a jammed door handle, or any other common maintenance issue .... This is mold growing in my bathroom exposing my family and I. Its frustrating knowing living in these conditions are dangerous and feel that my concerns aren't being taken seriously, especially given my long history with the complex. Been here 5 years This management company is only concerned about their own interests . ! Am example : Why tell your tenant your shutting off the water so they can make arrangements and accommodate their own schedule. On a repeated basis they have done this Not just one time Just one example They Gassed me with their improper use of chemicals from March - August of 2024 They are a problem and they want to flip it on their tenants

I would not recommend this complex for anyone. For starters, there is a huge pest issue, spiders, water bugs (HUGE) and mice. Although there is a contractor who comes in to "take care" of the issue, the method they use is clearly ineffective. Furthermore, the solicitation for things like internet and other services is quite outrageous considering the individuals soliciting receive their info from the management office onsite; I believe this is not only quite unprofessional but it is also unwelcoming.
