My best friend is getting married and we’ve had a couple of fumbles getting the wedding invitations suited to her perfection so I took it upon myself to find the perfect invitation and stumbled across Custom Invitations by JoAnn on Google. Without reading the fine print, I drove over and when I walked up to the door, it says “by appointment only” I shook my head and scolded myself for not reading the website thoroughly but I walked in anyway. There were clients seated whom were finalizing their agreement and welcomed me to sit while they finished up. I put my coat down and browsed JoAnn’s gallery which is quite extensive. Not only does JoAnn make customized Wedding Invitations she makes invitations for a bevy of different occasions in shapes, sizes, colors of your choosing. After the clients left, I was able to explain to JoAnn what my dilemma was, what my friend was looking for and JoAnn got to showing me a slew of different ideas, styles and options. She was quite accommodating considering I didn’t have an appointment and spent about a half hour going over things. Unfortunately, my friends guest list is quite small and the amount of invites needed didn’t reach the quota so I had to gracefully bow out BUT hands down, I would recommend Custom Invitations by JoAnn because she does outstanding work, great personality, beautiful shop and I believe she will make your dreams...

We got robbed of our money with no product or refund (the owner went into hiding when I asked for a refund, still haven't heard back)

I will start this post with NO STARS, Invites by Joann does not deserve it because she does not do ethical business. I am getting married which is stressful enough planning a wedding. We paid $140 for save the dates on magnets, which her printing company is out of "Michigan" and not local. They emailed us a proof which looked great but when we received the shipment they came out horrible and just plain DARK. We went from having a bright picture to basically black and white. Now it doesn't sound like a big deal until the second shipment was the same. On the hopeful third attempt I emailed her that I wasn't happy and please just refund us since your printing company cannot get us the final product correctly. I was very polite but I get an email back saying " I find this matter resolved and good luck with your wedding" WHAT ETHICAL PERSON would just steal our money when we told her we are funding this ourselves and lastly we have no save the dates so we lost a month going through this horrible company!
